Culinary Anthropology Encore with Chef Erik Hinds - the honors of wrapping up our final program in a year of celebrating history on the dining table rest with the person who launched the award-winning concept with us. Taste history with a twist as imagined by our Executive Chef Erik Hinds. Enjoy Three Sisters Wild Rice, Ice Cutter's Stew with green chile cornbread, and Norwegian Rosettes dessert delicacy. We'll meet on Sunday, March 9th at 2:00 PM at the Eagles Social Hall. Registration is required. Cost is $25 per person or $15 for members.  Please sign-up online by Monday, March 3rd.
